She has been a partner at MBC Abogados since 2021, where she arrived to train and lead the tax area. She has specialized in cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions and business reorganizations, advising important national and international companies on tax matters. She is also an advisor to family businesses and Family Offices of high-net-worth families both in Chile and abroad.
She served as director of the Chilean Institute of Tax Law (2021-2023), is currently part of the organizing committee of the XXXII Latin American Conference on Tax Law – Chile 2024 and is a speaker and panelist in various forums related to this topic globally. She served as director of Casa Moneda de Chile (2019-2022), director of the Cecilia Bolocco Oncology Foundation "CARE Foundation" whom she has also legally supported in various matters and in a Pro Bono way since its formation.
