Andrés joined MBC in 2024 and is part of the Real Estate Area of the firm.

He advises construction and real estate companies in real estate development projects of housing, office and apartment buildings, shopping centers, mixed development, industrial, rural and mining projects. His practice ranges from the initial development and financing of projects to their final stage of sale, lease or operation, in corporate matters, negotiation and preparation of contracts and legal documents, as well as in administrative and regulatory matters, among others.

He also has experience in regulatory compliance and auditing in data protection, new technologies and cybersecurity.
Before joining MBC, he worked as an associate lawyer at Urenda, Rencoret, Orrego y Dörr Abogados, and in the New Technologies and Data Protection Department of the Spanish firm ICEF Consultores (Madrid).
