Sebastián joined our firm as an attorney in 2016 and has focused his practice on corporate, real estate, and financial law. He has primarily advised domestic clients on transactions both in Chile and abroad, with a special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, financing, corporate and personal reorganizations, private negotiations for the purchase and sale of assets and companies, partnership or joint venture agreements, structuring of public and private investment funds, shareholder agreements, options, and capital and debt issuances.

In 2024, Sebastián worked as a Legal Intern in the Capital Markets (ICM) Department at the international law firm Allen & Overy Shearman (Frankfurt am Main office, Germany).
