Her practice focuses on real estate development and financing, corporate restructuring processes, mergers and acquisitions, sale or purchase of assets and companies’ negotiations, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, options, financing transactions, public offer securities issuance and other securities market matters.

She previously worked at Cariola, Díez, Pérez Cotapos & Cía. as a lawyer of the financial and corporate group (2012-2015).
